As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with an MS in Counselor Education with Advanced Studies, I provide holistic, evidence-based care
This space is held in thoughtful support of the inner journey of healing.
Just as the mother’s womb is dark, and creation happens there, I recognize that darkness creates, and light illuminates. We are both dark and light—a whole being.
Why I Do This Work
Life’s deepest emotions—from pain to purpose, from anxiety to trust—shape how gentle, reverent space for healing is held. Healing lives in both of us, rooted in our stories and carried through our bodies.
This way of being with others is shaped through experience, quiet listening to the body, and remembering parts that had gone unseen.
Raw, authentic connection matters. Change unfolds when we move from sympathy to empathy, from victimhood to empowerment. On the other side of fear, courage waits.

How Sessions Feel
In this space, sometimes healing is simply presence—no tools, no agenda, just being with what needs to be seen. Every session is unique, shaped by what you bring and what feels present.
We’ll listen to your story, honor your unique journey, pay attention to what your body is communicating, and leave room for something bigger than both of us—whatever that means to you.
Mindfulness is at the heart of my approach and may take shape through DBT- and CBT-informed practices, art, movement, music, and gently exploring parts of yourself that are ready to come home.
I also draw on Jungian psychology, somatic work, Parts Work, and inner-child healing—approaches that honor the whole self.
I also hold space for intuitive and energetic practices if they resonate with you. As a trained practitioner, I am happy to weave these into our sessions with your consent, offering them as another way for you to listen to your inner wisdom.

Services are provided on an out-of-pocket basis. Documentation can be provided for official needs.
